FRANK GADALETA

Frank Gadaleta is a seasoned attorney whose practice focuses on real property law and immigration law.  His real estate practice consists of representing sellers, purchasers, and lenders in residential and commercial transactions, as well as landlords and tenants.  His immigration practice focuses on representing individuals in family-based immigration matters and citizenship applications, as well as businesses with employment-based immigrant (green card) and non-immigrant (work visas) petitions.

Frank was born in Bronx, NY and presently resides in Rye, New York with his wife and two daughters.  Frank is a graduate of Binghamton University (B.A.) and Pace University School of Law (J.D., Cum Laude).  He is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, and U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Frank was the managing partner of the Manhattan law firm of Glassman & Gadaleta for 20 years before moving his practice to his hometown of Rye, NY.  Having grown up in Rye and now raising his family here, bringing his law practice to Rye was a perfect fit.  He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Real Property Law Division and Trusts and Estates Division.

Frank presently serves as a board member on the City of Rye's Board of Architectural Review.  His past community service includes serving on the Board of Session for the Rye Presbyterian Church and on the Board of Directors for the Rye Presbyterian Nursery School.  He served on Governor Cuomo’s committee for the New York Rising Community Reconstruction (“NYRCR”) for Rye’s flood mitigation plan.  Frank was also an enthusiastic coach for his daughters in Rye Girls’ Softball league for eight years.
